A real "charmer," loaded with decent detail, from the land down under. One I've owned for a LONG time but still looks great (IMO). Please excuse the "filthy chrome" (I didn't realize how dirty all the brightwork was until I examined the high-resolution pics).

Christopher, are you sure that’s not the actual car? Beautiful model of that Holden FJ.  Those views are incredibly realistic and the tail end of the Jeep Wagoneer is even more convincing. Great post!

Cool! I have a couple of different year early '50s Holdens in 1/24. Did Trax make this model?

Rich, it was marketed as a Classic "Carlectables," but the chassis is stamped with an "Autoart" logo.
That is so cool. I was not aware of this one, while I am not into 1:18 scale models so much anymore. This is one I would love to have.
I have several of these in 1:24, and just fascinated with the style of these little cars.

Yep! I see it too John. From any angle... these Holdens look good. Lots of cub appeal in a small package (with a bit of an American influence). 🙂Â
@chris That's right. I forgot about Classic Carlectibles who did 1/18 models. I guess they commissioned AUTOart for this model. VERY COOL.
