From a number of years ago, this is Yat Ming's 1940 Chevrolet sedan, as done in the hot rod/modded Shyne Rodz series.

Thanks ! Yat Ming did this series a number of years ago and I also have a 1939 Chevrolet done in similar style. These were new tools at the time although I think YM may also have given some of their other "standard" car models the modern custom "hot rod" treatment with wilder colors/paint jobs, a ranked stance, and large wheels and rims. No doubt a marketing idea to increase the audience.

I think the '39 Chevy might be able to be converted to a stock version using the repainted body, but the 1940 Chevy also has a chopped top, which would call for major surgery to produce a stock version.
