Wow Mike, your photography is fabulous. And I love the car.
Well Mike, you did it again...fabulous pictures of a fabulous car.
I'm prejudiced because my dad bought a 55 Star Chief convertible new. One nit...in 1955 if the headlights were on the parking lights were not.

As usual, gorgeous photos.
One of my favorite cars. I like all the body styles of the Pontiac but i'd like to have a HT Yellow and White as well as a station wagon of the same year in a different color schemes. I wish that Sunstar build one and I wish a line of station wagons and woodies. I look forward the 1955 Pontiac Starchief Hardtop painted in the new color scheme white and firegold for soon. Hope he will be available in 2013? It is always a pleasure to look your gorgeous pictures, Mike. Sunstar should give you a percentage of their recipe.
Thanks very much to all ! Bob, I didn't know that at all about the 1955 Pontiac and we had one "in the family" for ten years between 1955 and 1965 ! Of course, I was between 2 and 12 years old during that time so my "driving" consisted of getting behind the wheel of the parked Pontiac and going "vrrroom, vrrroom" !
Terrific photos, Mike!
That is a lovely car!
Thanks, Jack. These Pontiacs really were gorgeous, weren't they ?
Mike, actually all cars were that way back then. As a side note,
I turned sixteen in 1956 and took my drivers license test in my dad's car. My mother took me to take the test with the top down and the officer made me put the top up to take the test.
