Buick had a beautiful and powerful mid-size car for 1967 with the GS400. This is Ertl's fine 1/18th of that muscle Buick from '67.

Nice looking model and pictures Mike. My first new car was a 1966 Buick Skylark GS 400. The car was quite fast and I liked to surprise challenges at the stop lights. At that time Buick had an image of being an old man's car but that changed with this car. I have never seen this model before but I like it.

Thanks, Bob ! It's one I got from the old Evers Toy Store in Iowa. Ertl did it in several colors although you don't seem to see a lot of 1/18 around. It's a very nice car and along with the GS340 (I think) you also don't see many at car shows, etc. It sounds like you had a terrific car in both looks and performance ...... in the Buick tradition !
