Found just about the perfect way to repair the broken mirror on my P100 1937 Zephyr

the door mirror itself was snapped off prior to my purchasing it and it occurred to me to try a fix I thought up while laying in bed the other night.

had an old RR ticket punch I found years ago and had the idea it might make a perfect sized rear view mirror for 1/18 scale.

using a scrap of 0.10 plastic punched out a tiny circle ⭕️ and it fit almost perfectly, touch of silvered mirror repair paint and bingo!👍🏻

Yes, all is fair in love & war...  same for part fabrication, "anything goes!"  If it works, then the results speak for themselves. Looks good to me. This Lincoln, IMO, is Ertl's P-100s BEST effort.

Nice work! It looks like you have some rust on your rear fender. Better get it cleaned up before it gets worse. 😊
