Always liked that car. Looks so good in these pics - of COURSE!!
Mike you might want to check the license plate light before you get a ticket. Love the pictures.
....it's a great model and these are very nice pics! I've seen only a few 1:1 mod-tops but still kick myself for never acquiring at least one scale example. 😔 😔

Lol ! Maybe I can install a James Bond 007 type rotating license plate to ensure both anonymity and utter confusion among spectators, other drivers, and especially the police !
My first car was a 68, but it only had the 170ci slant six. But I still enjoyed the car, especially that it was easy to work on.
That slant-six was a reliable engine for Chrysler and many of their cars had it as an initial standard power unit. I think my Dad's 1960 Valiant had it as it's installed power.
@michaeldetorrice One thing about that slant 6 was all the performance parts available for it including hot cams and multi-carb setups. A buddy of mine bought a '63 Dodge Lancer and turned it into quite little sleeper car.
Nice ! I had heard the report, too, that Chrysler produced performance parts for their Slant-Six engine, perhaps along the lines that I read that Hudson made some higher performance parts for their strong six-cylinder motor. Marshall Teague may know something about that, I understand !
Great photos of your Dart. Being a favorite of car of mine, I have 3 68 and 10 69 Darts by Highway 61.
Thanks ! It is a cool Dodge automobile and Highway 61 did an excellent job on these 1/18 diecast models. I also have one of H61 1970 Dodge Darts in bright yellow and it is also a favorite.
@rich-sufficool ...all those hop-up parts because those engines were available "Down Under" where a "hot six" was commonplace? 🤔 🤔 🤔
Wow, that is quite an exterior color ! I don't think I have ever seen a Dodge Dart, 1:1 or 1:18, in that particular hue. Pretty neat ! ( I wonder if this is Inspector Closeau's automobile, lol ?)
