That MM has separately cast fenders. I think I still have mine in storage waiting to be detailed. Sure surprised me when I took it apart.
Steve
Yes, I believe this MotorMax Pontiac diecast diecast replica does have separate front fenders, which is pretty cool !
Yeah, yeah, the model is nice. BUT, look at these masterful pics! The lighting, the places, the details. Excellente Amigo!!
"...but look at these pics!"
Yeah, makes you wonder.... how many "steal" his pics for their sites or promotions. I've seen Rich's pics on several sites, even one or two of my (crappy ) pics have been "lifted."
Here's a current Wholesale_Diecast_Models eBay posting. Gee... "their pic" sure looks a lot like Mike's - it's VERY close. Makes you wonder..... 🤔 🤔 🤔
Back in the day when I was doing several FM and DM reviews per week, we saw my photos, with the copyright removed, on eBay where sellers didn't even use an actual photo of the model that was selling - they were D4C photos. Times have obviously not gotten better.
"...eBay sellers didn't even use an actual photo of the model that was selling..."
Exactly right! I witnessed that over 20 years ago. I saw a friend of mine do that - at the time, I was appalled - it seemed so unethical. 😶
@perrone1 - Ha! I've seen people use my eBay photos for their eBay listings! LOL!
@marty-johnson OMG Marty!! That would be funny except for how lazy that is. But, hey bud, I've seen your photos - take it as a compliment!
We used to ask that they add "Photos used by permission of the Diecast Zone". A few did so but most didn't.
Excellent photos Mike!
Thanks ! It is hard to go wrong in any scale with such a gorgeous Pontiac muscle car sitting there. I can only imagine driving around in a real one back in the day.
