This is a diecast model of the great-looking 1970 Oldsmobile 442 mid-size SX/Cutlass automobile. Here, it has been done by Ertl Elite in nearly Authentics level of detail.
The red color with a black vinyl top sets it off very nicely and it is a real looker on display or in photographs and in any scale from 1:1 to 1:18 or to any other scale.

This is a nice model and car; my fave of this era is the very similar '72.

Nice photos Mike. I never picked up one of those Ertls. I liked the fast tback version Lanes did.

Those era mid-size Oldsmobiles were such good-looking automobiles in all their forms ! It might be hard to pick out a real one's color and options. It was a great selling car for Oldsmobile and sure makes a fine 1/18 diecast.
