Its $134 and it has dog leg door hinges AND Old style hood hinges???

Due to 1:24th being slim pickings I now look into other scales too.

Not happy about 1.24 being gone, but yes Phil, I have crossed over to 1.18 scale, but not to the degree that I'll buy a lot of them. I have 14 cars in 1.18 right now, and this Olds looked like it would be a nice fit.
I said "looked like" because upon calling DM this morning, they positively tell me the orders for the car are "closed", and there will be no more. I asked what "closed" meant, and was told that they no longer have the car in stock and will not be ordering more.
Sort of bummed, but since it was 1.18, I'm not that bummed.
Life will NEVER be the same again after the death of DM's 1.24 classics! I mourn their passing like the death of a family member.
