I am guessing you are a bit of a Galaxy fan Bruce ......

that hard top looks real cool. Would love one in 1:43rd scale.

Chris, the last one would be most impressive in any scale but truly spectacular in 1:18th.

Agreed but I chose these 3 because in the "1/18 world" we're oh so close....

....these models seem like (to me anyway) natural adaptations of existing molds.

1) The Monte Areo-back could be easily be "tooled" from existing Authentics (Ertl) molds.

2) The LN Mustang, again could be done by "adjusting" another existing Authentics model. Yes, some new tooling would be required but this model seems like a sure thing.

3) 1961 Ford would require "ground up" work but we "NEED" one! Sun Star could make many versions:
A) Stock car racer.
B) Convertible top up.
C) Convertible.
D) Hardtop (Formal roof).
E) Hardtop (Starliner).
F) Period drag car.

Talk about milking a mold! A 1/18 1961 Ford would sell like crazy!

I had an ex-girl friend that had a white '85 with wire wheels. She loved that car!

Not a huge FOMOCO fan. Well, not all around but, the 61 is my favorite Ford after the 57 and 56 and 55. Beautiful pic's and beautiful car. In the right color! YUM!
Thanks.

Great choices all around. I'd go for each and every one of them.

My choices would be the 1954 Mercury Monterey, 1949 Packard and 1957 Cad de Ville,

Right! Now why didn't they issue an Areo Coupe? Seems like it would've been pretty easy.
