Quality problems with the "Zone 4" Shelbys?
I know that some people had a problem getting their cars, but I've seen several posts on different sites about quality. I've got two of them and they appear perfect to my eye. Am I missing something? These cars are drop-dead gorgeous. I purchased one and got the other in a trade. Both were originally purchased from a local retailer. For anyone that really wants a mint car, I'll part with ONE for $75, if anyone is interested.
must have been the luck of the draw......
Both the cars I received were perfect too.
If you still have it I will take it....

If you dont mind the rear wheels being stuck up under the wheel wells sorry, but it just doesnt look right when you look at it from the side, dead-on.I havent seen anyone on this site mention that design flaw. As far as QC, on my car, the chrome strip along the bottom fell off immediately. Other than those two things, I agree, beautiful car.
I agree that the stance is not correct.
The rear is definitely too low, the front just a tad low. The rear track dimension is also a little narrow. Initially, that kept me from buying the car, but the more I looked at the positive features, I couldn't resist buying. Hopefully, others will mention the problem to Eric at Lane, and they can make the correction on future releases.
And parts falling off, bad paint, paint chips ....................
