@100ford2003 - LOL! I truly don't have room for such a large model. I just don't! Due to a lack of space, I'm already moving out models to storage.

Hmm, what happened to that Stamp (?) '62 Caddy .... Jus askin for a "friend" 🤣
@chris My 1955 Imperial, 1963 Thunderbird Sports Roadster and 1961 Corvette all ride on period correct bias ply tires. Everything you said about bias ply tires is totally correct in the Imperial and Thunderbird because they are heavy cars. The Corvette handles beautifully with these tires because it weighs close to half the weight of the other two.
Anybody knows how many of those were made? The same run as with previous three releases?
Couldn't find the exact numbers anywhere.
Finally got mine.
Awesome! Glad to hear you could recoup some of the cost.
You going to paint those "seat cushions" the correct darker brown they should be or simply leave well enough alone?
I would've like Stamp to include the pricey moonroof option, but it still looks good without it. Body proportions appear spot on to me. 😎 😎 The wide whitewalls are correct (in fact, they might even be a tad undersized ) but those tires - with their "pie crust" borders look more like late 1950's - early '60's bias-ply jobs rather than the modern (for 1978 ) radials they should be.
Overall, it's an excellent replica, congrats! Cadillac has yet to build another 2-door as large as this beauty; it's unlikely they ever will. Your 1978 Cadillac Eldorado was truly the end of an era. It's hard to believe that was almost 50 years ago! 🙄 😯
Thank you Chris.

Stamp representative wrote on their Facebook page that they tried to correct the seat cushions AFTER models were assembled and broke two models in process of taking them apart, so, if they failed, I'll probably pass as well.
I thought about modifying the roof of the broken one to the power t-top (in retracted position), but decided against it and sold it instead.
