This one was free and a gift from GM so the "cat" will be okay with it. GM is sending a copy to all of the new C8 purchases in the color that was ordered. Since mine is Artic White, so is the model.
This one wasn't free. However, when I first saw the model, it did look familiar to me.

That's a great gift, Marlowe! Cool of GM to include it. When does your C8 come in?
Nice Ferrari too. Can't quite decide what I think of that model. Good from some angles, not great from others. Might need to see that one in person.

A excellent C8 gift from GM ! The louvers and the comparison image are pretty interesting and funny.

@gavin - I actually took delivery in November, 2022. Now, I have over 9,000 miles, and almost all of it is from leisure, fun driving!

Marlowe, four points:
1) Nice GM-authorized model. I've purchased/ordered a few GM luxury vehicles but never received anything. Ford sent us a set of portable outdoor director chairs after we purchased an Explorer years ago..... in fact, you've seen those. 😏
2) You're averaging 1,000 a month....for me, that's "high milage," for you.... that's pure heaven!
3) Glad you personalized your plate with my initials... 😉
4) It's HILARIOUS that you posted the vehicle from Forbidden Planet.... A fulling working walking/talking Robbie has been on my desk for many years! (...pardon the dust 🙄)

Robbie is great ! Star of the big screen and TV, too and he was justifiably a real star in "Forbidden Planet" (upstaging Walter Pidgeon, Leslie Nielsen and Anne Francis and that's not easy to do, even for a robot !

I don't collect robots and I'm not a sci-fi fan, but Robbie is great and I had to have one! But with ALL DUE RESPECT gentlemen, NOBODY upstaged Anne! 😏 😉 😀 😏 😉 😀
