The ultimate refinement of the Ferrari 308 was this 1985 328 GTS ( the '32' was the upgraded to a 270 HP 3.2 liter V8 and the 'S' meant the Targa top). It received a new more rounded body by Pininfarina, ABS braking, a more deluxe and ergonomic interior. With 0-60 in just over 6 seconds and a top speed of almost 160 mph it was quite the little speedster.

....and it's so '80's!    Curvy but straight, fast but not ridiculous, cool wheels but regular size, two headlights that pop-up, and one big "T-Top."    😀    A comprehensive post Rich, thanks!

I have that one too!  The Pininfarina design body of this series was applied to a number of cars including one of my all-time favorite Prancing Horses, the 288 GTO.

The 288GTO & F40 are two of my favorite modern designed Ferraris. 👍
