Thunderbolt! [PIC]
The '64 Fairlane drag carfrom ERTL Authentics Precision 100 commisioned by Supercars.18 years ago. It came with a little 1/64 brother.
What always tickled me was they modeled the rear seat back springs visible from the trunk.

PIC - The rear seat springs was a touch of detail that I've always appreciated...

Fine images of this Ertl gem ! I have the maroon one and
I always wondered whether a stock 1964 Fairlane could have also been done reasonably by Ertl while still keeping the ability to do Thunderbolts. A regular Fairlane would be a pretty cool model !
