Willys WWII Jeeps
I am looking preferably for a Willys WWII Jeep but in a 1:12/1:16 scale for a showcase piece but I am having a difficult time finding one. Does anyone have any suggestions? Prefer one that is REALLY detailed oriented. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!

Hi Elizabeth. AutoArt made a detailed 1/18 WWII jeep, although that one seems to be very expensive. Both Norev and AutoWorld appear to have made 1/18 WWII jeeps that are much lower in cost but perhaps will be detailed enough for you.

The Danbury Mint made a very decent 1/16 WW II Jeep. These USUALLY can be found on eBay for $110

Have you looked into Dragon?
Hello, I'm sorry if you've already tried looking into them, but Dragon Models produces larger scale Jeeps- I believe 1/6th scale. (I want to say they also produce 1/12 scale, but I am not sure.) They are expensive, but occasionally you can find an unbuilt kit that's a little less expensive. Here is a review of a 1/6 scale Dragon Jeep.
I have no experience with Dragon models, I am interested in a Jeep/Kubelwagen/Schwimmwagen set, but as they're ~$500-$1000 each, I'm still saving up for my first one!
