It is awesome, not sure if I'd place that model on that balcony railing though!

...or in the bed although the pictures are dramatic and catchy, the setting of the picture tells you a lot about the seller, and makes you wonder how was this model taken care of, and what may possibly happen until it arrives on your porch...

You're right Chav! The seller has 2 negs for poor packing! And I just noticed that there appears to be 2 spark plug wires missing. I still wish I had the $ !!!

Some time pays off to bid on auctions of sellers who don't pay attention to details.

... it lowers everybody's maximum bidding price. Also the auction finishes in the early afternoon on Monday. Only a core of bidders will be watching live. If you score a good price you can always negotiate a better and safer shipping option with the seller... So I agree Steve, if anyone is interested and has the money, he should be a bidder. Is it that rare?

I think only one spark plug wire is missing, the one closest to the wind shield is just misplaced, two others are also misplaced and sticking in the air.

Chav, I'm not sure about the rarity. I'm going to read up more thanks to Pauls post.

Hello Paul. Thanks for only intensifying my lust for this AM!!!

I've 'loved' this car (and models of it) ever since I saw Goldfinger at the ripe old age of 10. If only I had known about this model earlier! Oh well, maybe next year. Thank-you so much for the link.

Paul, thank-you very much for your gracious offer! It is not to be as my 'play money' is set aside for a trip later this year. I might get lucky and find one next year though! Thanks again! While on the site I was able to leave my e-mail as an interested party in case they sell out of the UK. Who knows?! Cheers!

For that kind of money, you'd think that all six spark plug wires should be properly connected!

Bob, it is a 'Magazine Kit' so build quality will be down to the individual that made it.
