@modeldadeeee ....as long as THEY pay for all return shipping; they SHOULD send you a return label - OR - tell you where to make a "drop off." I would ALSO try to receive SOME monetary compensation (a partial refund ) for ALL your time & trouble. Not to mention all your pain & suffering. 😏 😏 😏

@modeldadeeee Yes, "mistakes happen," I get it.... but in 2026, when EVERYTHING is either "chipped," scanned, "QR-ed," or triple SKU coded, "human error" seems almost implausible. Yes, yes.... "humans will always find a way," but I wouldn't be so gracious.
I'd demand something for my trouble - or at least try. I'm sorry, but that type of mistake can only be attributed to "laziness;" someone simply didn't care. Now YOU MUST DO extra work. 🤨 🤨 😠
