Opening the envelope this day revealed a repaint.  Not just any repaint, but a repaint announcing one of DANBURY MINT'S most beautiful models!

And not only that, it was a celebration for one of Chrysler's most futuristic styled Chrysler of all time.  The new color was stunning and the black convertible top accented the car ever so perfectly.  I didn't waste even a minute on picking up the phone and placing my order, I wasn't going to be left out getting this one!

The Danbury Mint presents...

The Special 50th Anniversary Edition of the 1957 CHRYSLER 300C

From the moment this model arrived on my doorstep, it has been parked front and center on my car shelf.  It's a collectible conversation piece.

@carsman1958, To my liking it was a step up in color from Danbury's previous White version.  But in either color it is a beautiful model.  Franklin's versions were standouts as well.
