ELECTRIC BLUE!  Now that's not a color you saw everyday, and with its Black top, hood scoop, Red side-wall tires, and those classy little "Dog Dish" hubcaps, this is a car, real or model that you couldn't help but notice back in the day.  Throw in the fact that it's a ROAD RUNNER and this is Muscle you can Flex, and yet it's "no-frills muscle" to boot!  if you're one of the lucky ones to have it, be excited, because this is one nice model.

Danbury Mint presents a "Muscle Car Legend"!

The 1968 PLYMOUTH ROAD RUNNER!

Couldn't order this one fast enough, love it and have it displayed right by my Chargers.

That's one of my Preview Society cars, I probably wouldn't have ordered it as fast as I got it from the Society.

One of my favorites as well. Goes great together with the Silver/Black Roadrunner.

LOL, you may have missed the cut-off by a day or two.  Displeased

As with everyone else-love this one. Wish I had gotten two of them.

Too bad you didn't get two of them.  If you had, you could have sent one to Moe Parr above who missed out ordering one.  Smile

As I was rearranging some of my cars today, this one for some reason seemed like I'd never seen it before.  It's one of my favorites, but it's also one that was in a back row of my shelves and thus not as "in my face" when looking at my cars overall.  As I described in my original post above it's, "Muscle you can Flex and yet it's no-frills muscle".  I moved it to a front row spot today!

I agree, it is an amazing model. I bought the silver one as a Christmas gift for a friend, back when you could still get them for a reasonable price. Wish I could find one now for that price.😟

+1 to all above, front and centre in my collection too.

ppp

What a shot Geno! Here's one on ebay now that has just gone above my price range because of the exchange rate.

@geoff-jowett Thanks buddy, I've got that very model saved in my watch list. I'd give what it's at right now. With 2 days left, I'm sure it's going to get a lot pricier.😲

I hate "bidding wars".  List a car, show the price, and if I like it I'll buy it.  And if I don't like the price, I move on.  But I will NOT play cat and mouse with a bunch of people.
