Best looking car in the neighborhood!
I love this model, even with it's old tech, I picked mine up years ago from a yard sale, NIB, but no paperwork, for a twenty dollar bill. Beautifully photographed Galen. 😊
DM did a wonderful job on the Mercury Coupe, Convertible and Station Wagon. As always Galen, love the perfect setting.
This is a great model and even better photo.

@jcarnutz This issue is my favorite, lot’s of 40’s,‘50’s vibes. It would be fun to know how many of these were chopped, sectioned, channeled, and otherwise customized. Probably not many left for stock restoration.
@kevins I have to agree with you. When I was sixteen I bought a six year old 1950 Mercury coupe and while I didn't chop or channel the car, I did what a 16 year old did in 1956. I shaved the hood and deck lid and door handles, frenched the head lights, and tail lights and louvered the hood. Would I do that today? Absolutely not.
