In 1957, to buy this beauty, you'd have to lay out at least the base price of $7286 whic was well more than the average yearly wage
back then. It was fairly powerful with its dual quad, 325hp, 6.0 liter, 365 cid V8. Its unique 4 speed automatic transmission helped all around performance although gas mileage was still a dismal 8.8 mpg (those were the days).
