This Creative Masters 1967 Corvette L89 Roadster was the state of the art and highly sought after despite its 1/20 scale. Rather than grouse over the scale, I bought enough Creative Masters models to dedicate their own shelf... problem solved. I even found a Japanese model of the Toyota 2000GT to go with them. I love the turbine wheels and side pipes on this model.

Funny you show this today.  Yesterday I was at a hobby store and he had a number of the creative masters cars.  We talked about how they were the rage and set the standard back when they came out.  I have the black Corvette you show along with a 69 Camaro in light blue.

I never bought them because of the scale but must admit they are wonderful models. Today it seems I see that big block Stinger hood on more small block cars than on the big block cars.
