Built from the 1/24 Monogram kit using various parts box items. Kind of as a what if, if Pontiac would have built it with later Pontiac items. Such as the Rally II's, hood tach, and the Ram Air IV powerplant. Rallye steering wheel, the Hurst T handle shifter and seat belts. I also added the photo-etched emblems from MCG, the rear mount antenna, shaved the molded on outside door handles and added ones from a scrap diecast. I always liked the blacked out tail panel on the 66/67 Chevelles, so I threw that treatment into the mix as well. As always, thanks for looking guys. I truly do appreciate your interest. 😊

Thanks Tony, I always try to build them so folks can't distinguish them from the diecast in my collection. I'm surprised FM never made the hardtop. 🤔

Me too. I always wanted them to do the coupe in silver blue to match the 64 that I had.

extraordinary detail there Geno, the engine bay looks like a 1:1. Would pair nicely with FMs black convertible.

@geno Geno, you succeeded. That model would stand out in any collection. Nice job.

Nicely done Geno!  Like you, I couldn't believe FM never made a hardtop, so I built one using the FM convertible and parts from DM's '65 and '67 GTOs.  It looks a lot like yours!
