As I mentioned before, the 1962 Thunderbird Sports Roadster was available in 8 different colors from Ford---Corinthian White, Silver Mink, Chestnut, Raven Black, Castilllan Gold, Rangoon Red, Sandshell Beige, and Diamond Blue. I've done six repaints of the original DM Corinthian White, and this is number seven and the last, Diamond Blue with medium blue metallic interior and white top. A couple of months ago I asked you all thru a poll which color combo looked better, light blue with a white top or light blue with a black top. The votes were almost split 50/50 with black leading by one vote. However, I choose the white top because with such a pale blue the black top made the car appear almost white. You've all seen how they come apart and how they go back together, so without further ado, may I present the Danbury Mint 1962 Thunderbird Sports Roadster in Diamond Blue. I hope you enjoy another "Bird" of a different color.

Thanks for looking!
Pete your work is sensational. Thank you for sharing and inspiring.
Nice presentation Pete. I especially like this diamond blue example. I don't think that I have seen it before.
that looks great Pete, well done sir!
Your work is very impressive!
Excellent in every way Pete. I only wish that DM had built the 63 Sports Roadster. Perhaps I could have hired you to paint one in Champaign (Castilian Gold).

Completely amazing-those are all beautiful models. They are all superb colors, I am not sure which one I prefer.

LOL, too funny!
Thanks John, I have the same problem. The last one completed is my favorite until I complete the next one.
