The price for this Franklin Mint 1925 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost was very appealing, and it was listed by the same seller from whom I have purchased (as of this afternoon) five other models, at a very sensible price. Yes, there is something missing and before I purchase the 'donor' model I have my eye on, does anyone have a spare 1/24 scale 'Eleanor Velasco Thornton' from which they might be persuaded to part? I have the appropriate paint, so any color will do. More photos coming when the model arrives.

There is a solution. This is one of those cheap mass produced models that we see on hypermart type product websites. I found this on etsy, temu? Its not mint standard of course but its not half bad and displays well with my other 1/24 early Rolls. Now it comes with a spare 'Eleanor'. You would be welcome to mine if I could find it but no luck. Also gold is the correct Eleanor color for your model. See how you go.

@geoff-jowett Thank you for the heads-up re this model's additional mascot. I did find a donor car, which I will be purchasing this weekend, if all goes well, and it is a FM model, with a gold 'Eleanor.' I appreciate your generous offer and I hope you are able to eventually find the other one.
