from WCPD's finest, a 1962 Chevrolet Impala SS 409 Hardtop in Satin Silver - a LE #31 of 1500 (although I believe far fewer were actually built)

The '62 wasn't a favorite Chevy design of mine but the model sure as hell is ! Nice pics to show it off John. Thanks for treating us.

It's always interesting to me, how each of us is different. You say the '62 Chevy was not a favorite design of yours, while I look at the '62 Chevy as as the best looking and styled Chevy of sixties, rivaled only by the '65. Two people can look at the same car and have a completely different opinion of it. Intriguing.

Thanks John, for sharing your pics of this outstanding model. The '62 Chevy to my eyes is a styling masterpiece and WCPD captured its replication to perfection.

Love the color combination. I have the blue metallic because a friend had one in that color.
I scrambled to get a few of these when WCPD introduced them as the '62 is my fave Chevy of its decade.

I like the 61, 63, 65, & 67 from that decade. The 62 is too "vanilla " looking for me, especially in white...lol.
Steve
thats the one I have, beautiful model, thanks John

LOL, any car is too "vanilla" looking in white. A white car, regardless of the brand, is a car without any personality.
