I've never understood the lure of a Mini-Cooper.  They look like modern versions of Fred Flintstone's car.  And they still do today.  They're expensive too!  Their popularity escapes me altogether.  To each their own, as the saying goes.  Cool photos though John!  Thanks!

Love the little Mini.  I have the red one, and wished I had gotten the green and rallye editions as well.

I love the Mini Cooper S myself.  It's such a cute little bomb; like a large go-cart with body cladding...lol.  I haven't even sat in one for nearly 50 years though, so I may struggle getting in and out of it now.  The other day I encountered an older fellow in a parking lot who had a nicely restored red Austin 7 Mini Traveler.  We chatted about it and I realized, standing beside it, that I had forgotten just how small and low to the ground it was.  Wouldn't want to crash one!

@carsman1958 John;  In the European car section of my model collection I have the Mini Cooper S, Mini Traveler and Austin 7 Mini in 1:43 scale and love them.

I love the older one and newer three Mini Coopers, in the movie, "The Italian Job". They are strong co-stars in the flick!
