I completely missed this post this morning......all wonderful,premium quality photos Tony.....this may sound kind of odd,but seeing those orange accents in the first Caddy seems odd/incongruous to me.......as if orange had possibly not yet been "invented" in 1932...............

JB the orange you refer to is supposed to be the wood trim. I'll admit that someone got the color a bit too bright.

The model simulates wood and wood grain on those accents. The flash/lens on the older photos of that particular model rendered the wood more orange than in person.
