Has anyone recently purchased any models from diecastdepot.ca located in Canada? If so, how was the transaction - are they trustworthy? Just curious, they have a model that I would like to purchase and I sent them an email a week ago and they haven't responded. Just wonder if it is an abandoned website. Thanks for any reply.

unless you get a strong (and current) recommendation from a trusted member here,I would hold off on that vendor Brad........the web interface is the same as that used by you`ll-never-get your-stuff merchants

@john-barry - thanks for your reply - much appreciated.  Could you elaborate why you say the web interface is the same as "you'll-never-get-your-stuff merchants"?  Thanks again John.

I am suspicious of the primary school quality interface with EVERY ITEM substantially discounted or priced @ 0.00

asking for 1/24 scale...then low to high price.....they let me put 6 of these in my cart.....0.0 each.....next step,I`d have to give them all my creds

@john-barry Thanks John for your quick reply.  Yes, it does seem unusual that you cam put items priced at $0.00 in your cart.  Perhaps I should look elsewhere for the model instead of taking a chance with an unknown web site.

As a side note, just want to say that I enjoy your posts, your dioramas, music videos etc.  I don't post much but visit this site pretty often and look forward to your posts.  Thanks again for your feedback - take care.

Also Brad, you want to work with a website that has HTTPS as it starting point, showing that it is secure.

@john-barry I bet there are probably a lot of people like me who read/watch and enjoy your posts but don't post much, if any, themselves.  John - have a Happy Thanksgiving!
