I've never been sure how I felt about the Prowler. I was excited about the concept and the production car was somewhat disappointing. I have the same feeling about the model... is it toy-like? or is the 1:1 toy-like. Recently, I ran into a Prowler club and saw all the variation and customizations and I was kind of impressed. Somehow, they look better to me all these years later.

What do you all think?

Prowler 024
Prowler 030
Prowler 033
Prowler 009
Prowler 004
Prowler 011
Prowler 012
Prowler 014
Prowler 019
Prowler 005

I too have had mixed emotions about the Prowler. Very cool looking, but under powered. Hemmings has had a few good articles on the marque and it's growing collectibility.

I was put off by the diminutive stature of the car

I always liked it.

So cool to produce this car in 1:1-scale...

Ambivalent describes my feelings about the 1/1 Prowler but I'm glad to have the model.

Its oddness appeals to me. Great paint and colour on my model
