Old tech hinging but a lot of nice amenities on this Danbury Mint 1948 Chrysler Town & Country convertible. From the 3-D casting of the Chrysler logo, to the inticate "juke box" style dash, the sumptuous upholstery and the nicely replicated wood panels. this model made quite a presence back in the day.
This one is just gorgeous. I sold a bunch of my 1:18s a while ago when I focused more on 1:43 but just couldn't part with this one.
What a good-looking car and model of it !
All of the "Woodie" Chrysler Town & Country's from both Franklin and Danbury are treasures. Wouldn't part with any of them.

"I got an old Town and Country and I call it a woody.....
You know its real black cherry; it's an oldie and a goodie..."
my second DM bought from Roy Rauch, 20+ years ago. I've since bought FMs light blue version. Great old models, thanks Rich

You're welcome. The age old question of why pencils have erasers, has been answered.

@georgeschire They're good to chew on while deep in thought George but they don't work worth a damn on my monitor.

LOL, neither does the "white-out" I've used on my computer screen when errors have been made.
