Great pics of a cool model! Always loved and once owned that bubble scoop hood. (On my GTO.)

Oh, sorry Geno, wrong Goat. These are bad but date back to 1964. Click to enlarge.

LOL, that first pic made me do a double take, I thought I was looking in a mirror. 😁 I bet that '64 was a joy to own. I love the color. Thanks for sharing the pics. Way cool.🤑

Geno, I love the color.  I am gathering it is either a Johnny Lightning model, or something you built!  I have it in white by Johnny Lightning.

@carsman1958 John, you are correct, it's is the JL model. It took me awhile to find the orange version. They don't seem to pop up too often. I'll see the ones with the white tires, but I don't have any interest in those, lol.💯😊

Very cool. I considered buying a model of that one in white, never did though. I do have one in 1:43.

I have 4 of the Johnny Lightning Tbolts and 1 Maisto.  I have the decals to make them drag cars.  I just don't have the confidence to do it.

Those are all nice looking Gary. I'm considering getting a black version. It'd look great Bare Metal Foiled up.😁

My favorite color on this model is white. I think it makes the car look innocent at the corner stop light to the unsuspected.

I much prefer the Thunderbolt  without decals.

If you want to go bigger, ERTL Authentics have made extremely detailed '64 Thunderbolt drag cars. How detailed? They even modeled the rear seat spring supports you can see through the open trunk! Here's a model of Gas Ronda's T'Bolt.

64TBolt 024 001
64TBolt 031 001
