I assume then that this is the final appearance of character actor "Tiny Burns"?

John Barry, are you and others aware that the Batman theme song that sounds like it is saying "Batman", never actually said it all.  The "Batman" sound was made by HORNS.  True fact!

I've been a Batman fan since 1962.  While looking for the latest issue of Superman comics, I found a Batman comic on the rack at our local Snyder's Rexall Drug Store back then, and bought it.  I was hooked.  I began to collect every issue.  When the Batman TV show came out, I looked forward to every Wednesday and Thursday night to watch it.  Though at the time, I was disappointed at how they had made the show a "spoof", in hindsight it is a classic.  The Batman movie of 1967 is a classic too.  Four of Batman's most dastardly arch-enemies teamed up to try and take the Caped Crusader down.  They failed.

wonderful tale George......the comic book / magazine racks at the drug stores and grocery stores were an excellent place to "sample" the new arrivals........we "needy" children enjoyed this time like a 21 feature matinee but saved our meager allowances for trips with dad to the goodwill store downtown ...........where even double issue comics could be had for a nickle
