That's one cool hare. Good to se that the Batmobile was saved and restored.
Good idea. Where can I get some 1:24 tarps?
for real ????.......COOL!!!!.....the very easy recipe is 50/50 Elmers glue to water......mix well, then saturate a blue paper towel with the glue/water mix.....wring out the excess moisture....place treated towel over your intended subject after covering the subject FIRST with some plastic cling wrap.....let dry overnight......remove newly formed "tarp".....discard plastic wrap......paint,then dry-brush tarp....it will practically snap on in place !!!
Nigel explains it all >>>
my tarp.....made as outlined above
Like so many other props that attained fame too easily, too quickly,...the following years were not kind to tarp....you may recall stories in the news a few years back in which tarp was implicated in a horrendous criminal activity.....slick lawyers eventually got tarp released and to his credit,he never once unrolled on his co-criminals
tarp lives a quiet existence somewhere in upper Minnesota now John.....he gets out to fish occasionally, and this seems to be all the excitement he needs
