I bought this Chevy 3100 Tow Truck along with a post war Fleetline fastback at a show that sold for 2 for $25. I went to the parts and decal boxes to jazz it up a bit. I made two figures of the type you'd meet if your car broke down deep in Appalachia. You know... good ole boys.
