Nice car Doug! Isn't it amazing that everyone worried about the hideaways failing!
Here they are some 30-40+ years later and they STILL WORK! I have a Mark III and a 67 T Bird and never had any issues with the headlight covers and they haven't been touched since they left the factory! I think Ford OVER engineered them as I wish I could say the same for my 66 Toronados hideaway lights and other GM and Chrysler products with them! As I keep saying, "GO FORD!!!"
