With minimal trim to mark the different brands and model, The straight sweep of their "Forward Look" began from the eyebrows of the headlamps to the tip of the fins. Even the luxury New Yorker and the luxury performance 300C kept the lines unfettered by excessive trim that marked the GM and Ford lineups.
Terrific images on these superb Chrysler 1/24 replica models. These are Danbury or Franklin diecasts ?
The colors are fantastic and very Fifties !
Some of my very favorite DM models. My mom had a 57 New Yorker sport coupe in that turquoise color. Man was that a beautiful car.

Thanks ! What beautiful cars and 1/24 models.
I do have both of these and they are gorgeous models. I did however lower the rear on my convertible.
And if I'm not wrong my friends this is the only one in existence isn't it ?
Dayum.... it's beautiful !
What a shame so many of us were denied the opportunity to purchase one.
Rich, great shots as usual. Glad that I have both in my collection.
Both models show the Highway HiFi under the dash.

Steve & John, it is a prototype that was not made into production - just prior to DM's 'end-game'. John, my dear friend, Rick Hanmore, then the DM Design Manager, was a frequent guest to our home and brought it, and a couple other like specimens, with him on one of his visits. I photographed them. He owns this one-of-one.
It is wonderful to see all the Chrysler line for 1957 in wonderful Danbury Mint posting.
