I'd guess a clone...
the real Milner Coupe is owned by Rick Figari of San Francisco, CA, who shows it often - but is very protective of the car. It is always cordoned off (often with Paul Le Mat seated close by signing autographs) and no one gets their hands on it.
This one seems to simply occupy a parking slot at a car show.
