I did this one a couple of years ago just for fun. Started with a dirt cheap Danbury flamed ‘40 Ford hot rod. Stripped it, painted gray primer and lightly polished it.

Thanks for checking out my models. The Deuce has very little work done to it, just removing the hood sides (I never understood my they hid such a gorgeous flathead), and adding a couple decals. The ‘40 was a real project, using the flamed hot rod, and a stock ‘40. I wish I had more photos, but like the bonehead I am, I sold it on eBay. I did get a lot more than I thought I would, but my sellers regret forced me to delete the photos. This one somehow escaped. I’m adding a pic of the deuce before the decals, I may go back to that look.
