I am stuck by the appearance of the gray car initially......better lines and an assertive stance.....but your staging gives the misleading impression that capturing this color vehicle  in a miniature is straightforward (it aint).......because the deep reds are so happy to be in front of the camera,it`s the `47 for me

AND..........do we want to muddy up the waters asking the question of whether or not the FM 1930 Ford Tudor should be included in the discussion? And, if so, which color??

If they were both the same color it would be the '40 but today I will vote for the beautiful dark red '47.
