DM - Maroon Color 1937 Studebaker
Can anyone tell me the story behind the Danbury Mint's Maroon Color 1937 Studebaker Dictator Coupe and how many there maybe?
Here is the story ...
Took me few minutes to find it, but this is the best explanation you will find anywhere.
Click here. The number of models is unknown, probably 40-50. About maybe 20 has changed hands on eBay over the last 3 years.
Thanks for the story
Thanks for letting me know.
Here are a couple pics of mine. It's a shame they never were produced..................

Nice pics Mark...
I remember you mentioned that you have it, but I thought you are not so interested in prewar cars.
I heard a rumor that these were made by the M2 Machines factory. To bad the deal was killed.
Hi Chav, I am gaining a new found appreciation for pre-war cars.
ArtDeco is my favorite era, especially streamline design from the late 30's.
I'm a big art deco fan also. I especially love the Chrysler/DeSoto Airflow cars of that era.
Beautiful. It is one I wanted but haven't found a good one that isn't too pricey.
