FIN-TASTIC! Beautiful fins in the elongated sense. With it's stylish 3 windows in the rear, and hidden gas gap in the left taillight, it's a star of the GM '57 line-up. One of Oldsmobile's best lookers ever.

Dare I say it? It's...
...FIN-elicious! :))
George, how did you make this 1/24 scale model look soooooo real?????
Beautiful....
... cars were so distinctive back then. Now days, it's hard to tell most apart, especially the SUVs and sedans. It's a wonder people can find theirs in a parking lot!
Especially since most are white, black, silver or gray.

A bright, colorful and very merry Oldsmobile.
I would have added that if made. My first car was an Oldsmobile but a 73 Delta 88 Royale
Something about ones first car! Love is always there!
SWEET. I've got the Petty-#43 - solid blue : as close as I can get for now.
Sorry, but when I look at this car I don't see fins. JMHO
Not so easy to see fins on this model Oldsmobile, perhaps only in the eye a beholder?

Gorgeous offering from GM in 57 and puts the 'vaunted" 57 Chevy to shame, in every way,

Andy, you'll note that I said, "fins in the elongated sense". Just because they don't reach to the clouds, doesn't mean they aren't fins. To my definition, they are fins, as they extend beyond the fenders. I'd venture to guess that General Motors sure thought of them as fins.

Agreed.
