FIN-TASTIC! Ford's 1960 fins were perhaps the most unique. They were flat and yet, tasteful.

I have to agree George - VERY tasteful and a beautiful car! I'd...
...personally prefer a different color and no skirts.
The '60 Starliner was about as sharp as a '60 could look...minus the skirts. Pretty nice.
I was never a fan of the '60 Ford but I do like the color on this one.
I believe it's called Orchid Gray Iridescent.
For me, the 60 Ford was as beautiful as a car could get in the top of the line model. But as a stripped down entry level car, it bordered on being one of the most bland cars for 1960.

My uncle had a Starliner Coupe in Adriatic Green I think. It was a Beautiful car and he was proud of it!. Traded it two years later for a 62 Merc Monterrey in Ocean Turquoise. Meanwhile my Dad had a 60 Merc Parklane Convertible black with red interior. Here's where my love of Lincolns began. He traded the Parklane in 62 for a Continental Convertible in Sultana white with black leather.
