...Not all of them, just what seems to be some of the later ones. But these are the actual 'original' reviews that used to be on the Car List & Reviews section of the site. They re not matched up with the original photos but I can pair some of them to what photos I currently store on memory sticks.

Is there any interest in posting a few of these ?

Great find Tony!  I personally would enjoy seeing them.  I've missed the reviews since they were lost in the clouds somewhere when the old Diecast site went bye-bye.  On that note, I don't know how many here posted reviews of their own, but I offered up a review of every model I bought.  That said, I was always careful to rate and review the models on their merits, not on whether I liked or didn't like the color.  There were some reviewers who would make comments like, "I didn't like the model because I didn't like the color".  Seriously!  I mean some of them were even crazier than that.  But they were still fun and enjoyable to read.  So bring 'em on Tony!

I hear ya George.

Just to clarify a little more, as I should have - these are my 'original' reviews that, usually preceded the issue of the FM & DM model releases. And for those who may not be aware, under the original review and photos of the model, we had the option for anyone who wanted to do their own customer review of the model to add their thoughts. George was, perhaps, the most proficient reviewer of all.

I'm amazed you can navigate that disaster. Considering all the work we put into the Lists and Reviews, I'd say when you post the pictures of a model, if you can, paste the long lost review onto the post.

See above Bud!!  I just found an old memory stick I forgot I had and some later reviews were on it Word-wise. If you have any saved of yours, post them in the sticky too. You can add photos or not but I'd LOVE to see yours as well!

@perrone1 All I have are the pics. It never dawned on me to save all the written reviews personally. All those countless hours... wasted!

I hear you Pal. I only kept the majority of those I was working on prior to the model's release. I went back a billion times, editing them. I kept very few of the original pics!.

WOW Tony!  I'm taking that as a compliment.  THANKS!  I always felt that reviewing a model car wasn't about "what I wanted a car to be", but rather how replicated to precision a model was.
