Hi guys, I just acquired a Franklin Mint Hudson Hornet for a decent price at an estate sale, and unfortunately, the roof antenna is missing.  It was showing in the pictures that the Estate Sale Company posted, but when I got there, the antenna was missing. I felt a bit self-conscious crawling around on floor looking for it in the dusty carpet, but no luck. I was wondering if anyone has a spare antenna from a parts car they would be willing to sell?  I'd sure appreciate it.  The car is pretty filthy from sitting on an open shelf (for years, I'm sure).  Once I clean it up I'll post pics.  Thanks!

Pete I'm currently building this 54 Hudson. An aerial is optional meaning I'd need to drill a hole in the roof which I'm reluctant to do. There is no cost of course, and also I fully understand if it does not suit your needs. I'd include it on part of the sprue for you to remove.

Thanks Geoff, that will work great!  I appreciate your generosity.  I'm trying to figure out how to send you a message with the details.

Pete, go to his post above yours and left click on his name, just underneath of his racehorse icon. It will take you to his page. At the top right of that page will be a small icon that looks like an envelope. Click on that and you're ready to go.

Thanks Tony!  Geoff sent me a message, so I was able to just respond to him.  BTW, sent you a message for practice!

If I were to make a list of my Top Five Franklin Mint models, their '51 Hudson is #1.  Absolutely love it!
