One of the last hurrahs for Revell's "Creative Masters". These 1/20 Camaros are amazing for the age of the original tooling - 1995! In 2011, CM made one more Z-28 in 'Hugger Orange' and tooled a 427 V8 for two Yenkos. I found this model that was dumped in some big box store that I don't think still exists. They were piled in a bin and it took me a while to find an intact NIB. I have a few of the original Z-28 releases but I just love this vibrant orange with white accents.
I love the orange. You did good finding one. I have 2 creative models. One is the Light Blue Z28, and the other is the Black 67 Corvette Convertible.
That is gorgeous. What's the size difference, visually, compared to a 1/24 Camaro? Just curious. I don't ever recall seeing anything in 1/20 scale.
@rich-sufficool Oh man, Rich, those are some beauties. Do you have any pics of the two sizes to show visually the size difference? I'd like to see them if you do. Just curious if they're closer to 1/18 or 1/24. Thanks.🤑😎💯

Ahh yes, that's a beautiful model Rich. I haven't been able to tell if it has tire valve stems however it has the most beautiful n scale steering wheel I've ever seen on a 1/18 scale model. However I could be wrong considering the size of my screen.
Lol
@geno I give them a shelf of their own, but conversely. Tamiya's F1 models are in 1/20 also and I've used figures and accessories assembled and painted to go with my 1/18 Exoto F1 cars, and they look pretty nice: Here's Nikki Lauda and his crew chief:
Thanks Rich, I was figuring they were closer to 1/18.😊
Great find Rich. These models were top notch in details but I never bought them because of their size.
