Happy 50th Anniverary to the Corvette!... [PIC]

Jeeze! That was 18 years ago! This is FM's 2003 tribute model. It's a "limited Edition" of (ready?) 9900!. Boy, those days are gone. The model to me is a mixed bag. The interior is quite beautiful and very nicely detailed. The exterior suffers from excessive panel gaps and the front light groupings are just  awful with the headlamps looking featureless and the parking lights have huge black voids from the locator pins employed giving the whole model a toy-like appearance. This model seemed like a "must have" at the time so I kept it... buried.
