I just picked this up.  I always wanted a Love Bug model.  Found this on Amazon, it was made by Jada.  I thought the representative of the actual car was quite good for a $20 model.  Unfortunately it says it is 1/24 scale, but I think it is more like a 1/20.  I took it apart and did some chrome work on the dash and door handles.  Enjoy!

That looks great John, especially for the price. JADA  is hit or miss on some of their models as far as scale.
