AWESOME detailing for the money!!

I still prefer my FM LE Cobra, but for the money it can be a toss up as to which one the average collector would want. Gotta love those heat tarnished side pipes. The FM version gets the nod as far as detailing in the engine bay and trunk, but other than that it's a toss up IMO. These sell in the $30. range on eBay. It's a 1:25 scale, correct?

Here's an eBay link if anyone is interested. http://search.ebay.com/wix_W0QQfclZ3QQflocZ1QQsaslcZ2

Looking forward to receiving the Icons / Wix Cobra just won on Ebay...

Looks like the bar has beem raised again for mid-priced die-cast replicas. Love the exhaust treatment, and the variation in width and offset between the front and rear wheels. The tires seem a trifle wide, however, especially the rears.

Great comparison photos, Tom..........

I agree that the WIX image offers great bang for the buck but I'm about Cobra'd out in just about every scale imaginable. One of the images I have is the FM LE you're showing. I agree the simulated burnt metal exhaust is a cute little feature. However, at this stage of my overindulged and overblown collection, I'd have to bounce some Cobra image to make room for the WIX image. I can't do it. But... if they decide to do a competition variant.... I could possibly work something out. LOL
Thanx again for posting. The model is very tempting.

Thank You Terry, Choo Choo Magoo (Jeff Mock) sent it to me by e-mail too! Thank's Guys.

I called around yesterday afternoon. No dealers here are carrying the models. The Dealer closest to my house had never heard of "Models" so went on line to his warehouse where they listed the models but had none in inventory. Based upon that it doesn't look to be a "Flooding the Market" issue???? LOL.
